Honda Motorcycle - Scooter India rolled out the flagship model Unicorn in the year 2005, and the Unicorn became an instant hit in the Indian market with a solid engine and rugged looks. However, the new Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler 150 is a new variant of the CB Unicorn that comes braced up with a five-speed transmission 150cc engine. Basically, the Dazzler is aimed to attract the urban youth bikers and day-to-day commuters who will love to ride stylish motorcycle. Dazzler is a refreshingly new variant from Honda's stable and definitely meets their tastes.

Looks:

The Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler features naked bike styling, which looks very similar to the CB Twister. The stylish curves and the overall design of the Dazzler will attract the younger attraction. The latest state of the art features of the Dazzler include, rear tail lamp, front cowl, front and rear disc brake, tank shrouds, dual tone styling, matte finish alloy wheel and exhaust, split grab rail, digital speedometer and the 3D Honda emblem are the new stylised features of the Dazzler. Engine and power:

The new Honda Unicorn Dazzler bike runs on a single-cylinder 149.1 cc carburettor engine and in fact the engine has received any changes other than tweaks and upgrades to keep up to the strict emission norms. The bike is BSIII compliant and the exceptional feature of the 150cc engine is it infuses high torque and this upgrades the bike to being the most fuel-efficient bike in the segment; Dazzler, according to the company gives about 60 km per liter of petrol under city ride conditions. The engine generates a maximum power of 14 bhp at 8500rpm and generates maximum torque of 13Nm at 6500 rpm.

The clutch lever is smooth to operate and one need not exert additional force to operate it, the gear shifting is equally smooth and the high torque at low rpm level gives the bike full marks for its road performance. The body of the Dazzler is slim and the bike itself is not very heavy, which makes it is easy to handle the bike and you can glide through in heavy traffic. The raised pillion seat does not seem quite comfortable, if you are on a long ride. The Dazzler features mono shock along with spring suspension that absorbs the unevenness of the road and enables a comfortable ride. The bike gives a mileage of 60 kmpl, which is the major plus of Dazzler.

The Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler is available in four colors: armour gold metallic, pearl nightstar metallic, pearl siena red and sword silver metallic. The bike comes priced at Rs 62,900 (ex-showroom Delhi) and has been living to the expectations of urban commuters who've harboured to own a style-rich and fuel-efficient bike. The Dazzler's USP has been aggressive styling and impressive fuel efficiency under city ride conditions.
